Before taking the helm at PMTronics (PMT Security) in 2018, Bruce spent an impressive 24 years at Impro Technologies, where he served as Production Director. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in streamlining production processes, enhancing product quality, and optimizing supply chain operations. His leadership was instrumental in scaling manufacturing capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge security solutions to global markets.
Bruce’s international expertise spans multiple regions. In Asia, he managed product compliance to ensure adherence to market standards in Japan and other countries. He also traveled to Japan to train employees on advanced security technologies and operational best practices. In Europe, Bruce was responsible for training all channel partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to successfully implement security solutions.
