How to Generate a Transaction Report in OMNIA

Creating a transaction report is straightforward:

Open OMNIA and go to the Reports tab.
Under the Audit category, select Transaction.
Give your report a clear name.
Click the checkmark to continue.
Go to Columns and select which data fields you want to display.
- You can choose items like Date/Time, Door Name, Person Name, Event Name, Tag Type, and more.
Click Filters and Add Filters to refine your results — for example:
- Door name
- First name / last name
- Date/time range
- Device or controller name
After choosing your filters, click the checkmark.
Under Table is Empty, select Run Report to view the results.

By combining multiple filters, you can target exactly the events you need for auditing, incident investigation, or compliance reporting.
